The "Braunschweiger Zeitung" (newspaper from Braunschweig) has migrated to a common platform together with six other local papers. This multi-site-system is based on Escenic. Together with three colleagues from unitb consulting GmbH we did this in only a couple of weeks. To the usual setup for Escenic belongs a cluster consisting of Apache2, Tomcat, Solr, MySql and Varnish.
